We are pleased to offer some selected RYA Shore based theory Courses which complement the RYA Powerboat Scheme, and are designed to help you enhance your boating enjoyment.
Like Insurance, you hope you will never need to use them, but you will be equipped with the appropriate skills should the need arise,
RYA FIRST AID COURSE
A one day course which focuses on the key techniques needed in the event of accident or injury afloat.
As well as being highly recommended for all those who go afloat, this Course is a requirement for all RYA Instructors (power or sail, inland or coastal).
RYA DIESEL ENGINE MAINTENANCE COURSE
Many of use diesel engines in our boats, either as main power units in power boats or auxiliary in sail. Reliable and robust, they always start and run don’t they.
This One day aims to improve your boating knowledge and enjoyment by hellping you to keep your engine running reliably.
Not the day to have an engine failure or a fall at sea. The tidal surge hits the North Norfolk Coast in November 2007. Have a close look at the railings!
