RYA Power Day Skipper

The RYA Day Skipper Course sits comfortably alongside the Powerboat Scheme and offers a 4 day Course combining both the theory needed for daytime coastal cruising and better still - the chance to put it into practice.

 

The Course covers Pilotage, Tides, Passage Planning and handling and managing a powered craft at sea.

 

You may consider this as an alternative to taking the Powerboat Level 2 and Intermediate Course.

 

Your boat or ours - we are more than happy for you to take the Day Skipper on your own boat - we will of course make sure you have the correct equipment before we start!

 

If you would like a 1:1 dedicated course we are one of the few Training Centres that will provide that: for a small additional charge.

 

As with all our Courses we do not have an inflexible list of dates, just let us know when you would ideally like to take the Course and we will do our best to match your dates or suggest some alternatives.
